SO YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT SAGA IS ALL ABOUT...
The Springfield Area Gamers Association (SAGA) is a private organization with a mandate to bring together the best, most interesting, active gamers in the Southwest Missouri area.
However, we do have Members as far away as Canada, and many supporters and "Friends of SAGA" from all over.
What do SAGA Members do? We game! Role-playing games, table-top games, collectable card games, any and everything from Clue to Dungeons & Dragons, Magic to Warhammer, and everything in between. Our members are curious and active people, and participate in anything that qualifies as a game.
Our membership is also very active in the game industry. Among our ranks are product reps for such companies as Wizards, AEG, and WizKids. SAGA is also at the forefront of developing Living Campaigns such as the new D&D "Ylde City". Some of our members have written articles published in gaming magazine and adventures for conventions and gaming events internationally.
Since SAGA is an exclusive Club, potential members must go through a one month trial period to find out if we're a good fit for each other. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you, and you to game with us and participate in events for free.
After which time you will be voted on by the membership for acceptance. What's the best way to get voted in?
Here are the top five tips for getting voted into SAGA:- DO STUFF! Be active and participate during your free month.
- Try to get to know a few people; be approachable.

- Avoid eating living woodland creatures
